The President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, has made personnel changes within the diplomatic corps, reports IA "NewTimes.kz."

By the decree of the Head of State, Sabyr Esimbekov has been relieved of his position as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Japan.

He has been replaced by Erlan Baudarbek-Kozhataev, who previously held the position of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Greece.

These changes are aimed at strengthening Kazakhstan's diplomatic presence in key regions and enhancing international relations.

Previously, Tokayev appointed new ambassadors to the Vatican, Mexico, Slovakia, and Algeria.
