The program "Year in Review with Vladimir Putin" received over 1.3 million submissions.

The President of Russia will summarize the year's outcomes on December 19. Similar to last year, this will be a combined live call-in session and a large press conference. All inquiries are processed around the clock at the call center, and some issues have already been resolved, reports IA "NewTimes.kz," citing MTRK "MIR 24."

With each passing day, the number of inquiries to the call center is increasing. Calls and messages are handled 24/7. One of the most common topics is healthcare, particularly the consolidation of regional medical institutions. People are concerned that they may have to travel tens or even hundreds of kilometers to reach the nearest clinic.

“It is essential to reach out to us, the People's Front, and the executive authorities to ensure that transportation for residents of those areas to the central district hospital is organized,” said Lyudmila Mironova, head of the regional executive committee of the People's Front in the Vologda region.

All inquiries are recorded and immediately put into action. The first results are already evident. A call to the call center assisted a pensioner from the Krasnodar Territory in undergoing heart surgery. Valentina Nikolaevna had approached the regional hospital three years ago, and during the waiting period, her condition deteriorated.

“The patient was already diagnosed with significant aortic stenosis, which worsened during her observation. Considering that the patient had other pathologies, including oncological ones, it was decided to perform endovascular stent grafting,” said Elena Kosmacheva, deputy chief physician for medical affairs at the S.V. Ochapovsky Regional Clinical Hospital.

Members of the People's Front contacted the hospital management. Just three days later, Valentina Nikolaevna was invited for hospitalization and surgery.

“A huge thank you, of course, to our president Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin for organizing such meetings and for having a call center where people can address various issues,” expressed Valentina Vakulenko, a resident of Krasnodar Territory.

Inquiries to the call center also cover domestic issues. Residents of Ufa, for example, banded together in a group to find discounted butter because buying this essential product at full price is too expensive.

“We bought one butter on sale for 79 rubles and another for 239 rubles. We compared the ingredients and proportions; they are practically identical. But one is sourced from Yekaterinburg, while the other is from Chelyabinsk. It is unclear why there is such a price difference,” complained Ufa resident Liya Khafizova.

This year, Russians calling the call center most frequently inquire about the reasons for the rising prices of dairy products.

Citizens can reach out to the president via the website moskva-putinu.ru or москва-путину.рф, by calling 8-800-200-40-40. There are also lines open for calls from abroad, but these calls will be chargeable. SMS messages can be sent to 0-40-40. Additionally, inquiries can be submitted through social media and the "Moscow to Putin" mobile app. All inquiries will be accepted until the end of the conversation with the president.

As was the case last year, the live call-in session will be combined with a large press conference by the president. "Year in Review with Vladimir Putin" will take place on December 19 at 12:00 MSK.
