The project has been implemented as part of the directive from the Head of State regarding the large-scale digitalization of public administration.
The online platform operates on the principle of a single window and is integrated with the business support portal "Bgov," the contact center of the "Baiterek" holding, and provides exporters with the opportunity to interact online with their assigned manager from the Agency.
At the time of submitting the application, the exporter must select an insurance product and go through the following key stages, which include registration and authorization in the personal account. After the online application is reviewed, if approved, the exporter is given the opportunity to sign an online contract using an electronic digital signature (EDS). This process ensures a high level of legal security and transparency.
This comprehensive approach significantly accelerates the processing of applications, enhances interaction efficiency, and minimizes time costs for exporters.
All stages are accessible in the exporter's personal account - online.kazakhexport.kz and on the main page of the official website of the Agency – www.kazakhexport.kz .
In the near future, the Agency plans to conduct a series of training sessions for exporters on how to submit applications on this online portal.
