Reduction of losses and fuel combustion. From August to November 2024, the actual fuel loss indicators ranged from 8.45% to 9.80%, significantly lower than the regulatory level (12.47%-14.5%).
This is 1-4% lower than in the same period of 2023.
Over the course of 10 months, 4,583,407 tons of raw materials have been processed — 57,336 tons more than in the corresponding period last year.
ANPZ continues to optimize operational costs:
In the outgoing 2024 year, ANPZ will contribute 151.5 billion tenge to the budget.
The Atyrau Oil Refinery remains one of the major taxpayers in the region. From January to November 2024, the enterprise paid more than 142 billion tenge in taxes. Of this, 20.5 billion was allocated to the republican budget, while over 121.5 billion went to the local budget.
In 2023, the share of ANPZ's tax payments in the total tax revenues of the city of Atyrau was 40%. By the end of the current year, ANPZ plans to pay taxes totaling 151.5 billion.
ANPZ continues to improve its environmental performance:
As part of scheduled preventive maintenance in 2024, 15 technological installations were successfully updated. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule, allowing for a quicker resumption of high-octane gasoline production.
Within the framework of the PEP Solomon program, 24 recommendations aimed at enhancing operational efficiency have been implemented. The economic impact from the adoption of new approaches amounted to over 1.5 billion tenge per year.
